Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Holiday reservations and cabin specials require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable*.

Any changes, modifications or cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival date are subject to a $25.00 service fee. Any cancellations with less than 30 days notice forfeit the first night's rental fee. No changes or modifications will be accepted with less than 30 days notice.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE NO EXCEPTIONS
